"I would love to keep this retreat a secret, but honestly, I would highly recommend staying here.. This is absolutely the best cottage we have ever rented. Quaint, cozy, intriguing decorations, and well equipped with the best landlords one could ask for. Happy memories are made at Pedler's Paradise." - VA Nan from HomeAway.com

Navigation:
Pedler's Paradise has one of the largest yards in the
Bluffton
neighborhood, which provides a pleasant, natural buffer between the
living area & street and gives guests a sense of
privacy
& relaxed borders for the kids to stay
within. The
large beech, oak, maple, and pine trees offer areas of shade all day
long. The patio is quite large and partially
covered.
On-street parking in front of the house and property is safe and
allowed. Off-street parking
area for two vehicles is provided.
Although the interior is not as spacious as Plum Hollow next
door,
it is comfortable and feels quite roomy due to the separate downstairs
living area. The main living area is accessible by a few steps
up to the front entrance or stairs leading to the kitchen in back,
while the downstairs is more easily accessed by 3 steps through the
side entrance or entry in the back through the laundry area.
The
two upper level bedrooms contain a queen, and bunk beds,
respectively. The L-shaped living area on the upper level is
in
the front and has a nice panoramic view of the neighborhood &
yard. Kitchen & full bath are in the back.
The lower
level has a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area, and a small
kitchenette, with the laundry room in the back. This same
area
includes double laundry sinks, a large shower, and a limited-use
(“sitting only”) toilet. The lower level would not be suitable for
leaving children alone if they needed closer supervision.
This quaint, well-maintained cottage is the perfect choice if you want
the best deal inside & out. Pedler's unique design
&
property layout presents a pleasant, open environment that encourages
& enhances enjoyment of the out-of-doors during the warmer
seasons.
