A well manicured lawn surrounding an attractive cottage with a nicely maintained deck area on the water. The beach area could also be used for swimming or pulling a smaller craft on land. The wide open view from inside or out across Bluffton Bay & Muskegon Lake are beautiful. Especially, each morning at sunrise. The Bluffton neighborhood is a perfect location. It's off the beaten path to Lake Michigan, so there is little car traffic going by the property. It is still less than 5 minutes to walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Save paying high rates to keep your boat at a local marina or on a trailer each night. It's shallow by the dock, but it's steady & fairly long. The beach area is big enough for a jet ski or two.
